Opt-2-Heal Physical Therapy is owned and managed by Ritu Basra who has 20 years of experience, is MDT certified, and successful in the treatment of spinal pain using McKenzie’s evaluation and treatment methods. She has Orthopedic Certification Specialty (OCS) by APTA coupled with 10 years of experience at JFK Johnson Rehab Center in Edison consulting with variety of challenging cases. Her unique ability to problem-solve any movement impairment makes her capable of treating all joint pains in the pediatric, adult, or geriatric population. Ritu is also certified in Vestibular Rehabilitation and has expertise in the evaluation and treatment of a variety of inner ear problems including BPPV, Hypofunction, Meniere’s disease, Labyrinthitis and Concussion-related symptoms.

AMY STARK

Amy is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Her experience has been primarily in orthopedics and geriatric physical therapy. She has practiced in New Jersey and California. Prior to joining Opt-2-Heal Physical Therapy, she worked at JFK Medical Center in Edison for over thirty years. She held clinical and administrative positions in the Outpatient Rehabilitative Department, Long Term Care, and Assisted Living.

Hinal Patel is a Rutgers University alumni and has been working at Opt-2-Heal Physical Therapy since July 2020. She manages the front desk, organizes/coordinates office operations and procedures and oversees administrative staff members. Her compelling desire to make a difference in people’s wellness has lead her to pursue a career as a Registered Nurse in the near future.

administrator & Communications manager
Jusleen Basra works behind the scenes to manage communications for the clinic. She has been involved in the clinic as both an administrator and communications manager since 2017.
